Laminated Rose Puff Apples
Here is a beautiful, gourmet recipe that's so easy to make with just apples and puff pastry!

In a saucepan, heat the water with the sugar to prepare a small syrup.

Wash and core the apples, then cut them into quarters and very thin slices (do not peel them).

Put the slices in the syrup and bring to a boil (3-5 minutes) until they are half crunchy, half melting, then drain them!

Cut the puff pastry into strips: 20 cm long and

5 cm wide.

Melt the butter with the almond flour and brush your puff pastry strips with this butter-almond flour mixture.

Arrange the apples on each puff pastry strip, they should overlap halfway.

Roll up the strips with the slices to form roses.

Place your roses in muffin tins and bake at 180°C for 25 minutes. Enjoy warm or slightly cooled with a scoop of vanilla ice cream!
