Heat the milk.

Separate the egg whites from the yolks.

Beat the yolks with the sugar.

Add the milk, water, and vanilla extract.

Sift the flour in a thin stream while continuously stirring.

Add the melted butter.

Whip the egg whites into stiff peaks and gently fold them into the mixture.

Pour the mixture into a greased mold and bake (preheated oven) at 150°C for 50 minutes.
