      Cut the chicken into not too large and fairly equal pieces.

    Marinate it for at least an hour in the herb and lemon juice mixture.

    Beat the whole egg with a little water.

    In another plate, prepare the breadcrumbs.

    Coat the chicken successively in the beaten egg then the breadcrumbs.

      Let it rest for 10 minutes on a tray without the pieces touching each other, then fry until nicely golden brown in a large pot of boiling hot oil for 10 to 15 minutes, turning the pieces at least once.
