40 seconds or until the tortillas are lightly golden brown, then remove from the oven.

Layer half of the sliced Monterey Jack cheese over one half of the avocado mixture.

Place back under the grill until the cheese is well melted and the edges of the tortillas appear crispy.

Place the avocado half-tortilla at the bottom of the plate.

Add a little chopped lettuce on top.

Place the grilled half-tortilla, with cheese underneath, on top of the one with avocats.

Drizzle a generous amount of sour cream and cilantro over the quesadilla.
