In a bowl, mix the shredded coconut with all the concentrated milk.

Spread this mixture on a baking sheet to a thickness of 3 cm to form a large rectangle.

Cover with plastic wrap and chill for at least 8 hours.

Cut the dough into small rectangles and place them in the freezer for 30 minutes to firm up the dough.

Melt the dark chocolate in a bain-marie, adding the cream.

Remove your coconut bars from the freezer and poke them one by one with a fork to dip them in the melted chocolate.

Drain them and place them on a sheet of aluminum foil.

Place all the bars in the fridge to harden: about 1 hour. You can keep your homemade Bounty for 1 week in the refrigerator.
