Chocolate Strawberry Fondant
Yield to this chocolate black and strawberry melt-in-your-mouth dessert.

Melt the chocolate with the butter in a bain-marie, then let it cool down.

Whip the cream into soft peaks, then fold it into the melted chocolate in several additions.

Pour half of your chocolate cream into a cake mold lined with plastic wrap.

Place 160 g of sliced strawberries on top and cover everything with the remaining chocolate cream.

Cover the dessert with plastic wrap and let it rest in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.

Before serving, prepare a strawberry coulis to accompany the chocolate fondant: blend the remaining 90 g of strawberries with sugar and 1 tablespoon of lemon juice until you get a smooth sauce.

unmold the strawberry chocolate fondant, cut it into slices, and serve it with the strawberry sauce.
