    After chopping the tomatoes and zucchinis into pieces, put them in a baking dish with the aromatic herbs you have on hand along with a little olive oil, season.

    Bake for about 30 minutes.

    While this is cooking, brown the meat in a pan with a bit of olive oil and set aside.

    Then prepare the crumble mix: in a bowl, combine the flour, softened butter, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, and season (you can also add some grated gruyère).

    Once the vegetables are cooked, remove the herbs that aren't edible, arrange the cooked meat on top of the vegetables in the dish, and finish with the Parmesan preparation by scattering it over the vegetables and meat.

    Return everything to the oven at 180°C for 20 to 30 minutes.
