    Wash the tomatoes well, cut them into cubes as well as the cod.

    Mix in a bowl the tomato and cod cubes, basil, and lardons.

    In a bowl, mix the butter with the flour and parmesan until you get a sandy mixture, pour it into a pie dish.

    Spread the cod mixture on the pastry, bake and cook the crumble in the oven at 220°C for about half an hour.

    Serve immediately.
