    Cut the bagels in half.

    Cut and prepare the vegetables into small cubes.

    Mix with olive oil, parsley, and Espelette pepper.

    Place a slice of raw ham on one half of the bagel, add the vegetables and put another slice of ham on top.

    Close the Bagel and enjoy!
