    Roll out the pastry with a rolling pin and place it in the bottom of a greased tart pan.

    Bake and blind bake at 180 °C thermostat-preheated oven.

    Rinse the mirabelles well, drain them, and cut them in half, placing them evenly on the pastry with the rounded side up.

    Beat the egg in a bowl with the flour, add the sugar and whipped cream and beat until you obtain a homogeneous mixture.

    Pour it over the fruits, bake and cook in a hot oven for about 40 minutes.
