    Peel and dice the oranges into quarters.

    Mix the orange quarters with the juice of half a lemon.

    Bring to a boil 30 cl of water and 200 gr of sugar powder to make the syrup.

    Mix the fruits and the sugar syrup in a container that goes in the freezer and put this tray in the freezer for 2 to 3 hours, stirring every 30 minutes to achieve this granité texture.

    You can let the mixture freeze without stirring, you will just need to blend it after 3 hours.
