Mix the sifted flour with the sugar in a bowl.

Melt the dark chocolate with the butter over a water bath, let it cool down.

Beat in the egg yolks and pour this mixture into the flour and sugar mix while stirring.

Fold in the pistachios and white chocolate into the previous preparation.

Pour it into a 23 cm greased cake mold lined with parchment paper.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 40 minutes.

Let it cool down.

unmold the cake and dust it with powdered sugar, cut it into several mini-cakes, and serve warm.
