Cut the Écroute reblochon into cubes.

In a mixing bowl, mix the flour, yeast, wine, oil, cream, and eggs until you obtain a homogeneous dough.

Add the reblochon, nuts, chopped parsley, salt, and pepper. Then pour everything into a buttered cake mold, press down and level the surface.

Bake in the oven at thermostat 6 (180°C) for 50 minutes.
