Rhubarb jam
Ideal on toast or served with plain yogurt, this jam will delight both children and adults!

Wash the rhubarb and cut it into small pieces.

Put all the ingredients in a copper pot.

Stir and cover.

(The sugar should melt and absorb the juice from the rhubarb).

Cook until the jam reaches the desired consistency.

Two options: Keep the jam with whole fruit pieces.

Blend the jam to make the pieces disappear.

Be careful of splashes, the jam is very hot.

Put the jam into glass jars (already boiled).

Seal immediately and turn them over.

Wait for the jars and the jam to cool before turning them back upright.
