Salmon avocado and cucumber rolls
Makis just like in Japan, to prepare in no time!

Put the rice in a pot with cold water, bring to a boil.

Cook on low heat for 15 minutes until it is well tender, then drain.

Meanwhile, prepare the seasoning by mixing the rice vinegar with the sugar and salt, bring to a boil uncovered, then pour over the cooked rice using a wooden spatula, let cool.

Cut the nori leaves in half, spread a little Wasatch cheese on each piece.

Place 4 tablespoons of cooked rice in the center of each half nori leaf, leaving a 2 cm border uncovered, sprinkle with roasted sesame seeds.

Slice the smoked salmon into strips, devein the cucumber into thin sticks and slice the avocado into thin slices and arrange them on the rice in successive bands.

Roll the filled half nori leaves using a bamboo mat, form a tightly packed cylinder.

Let rest for about 5 minutes, remove the mat and cut each roll into four pieces.

Serve immediately.
