    Cook your rice in boiling salted water, then drain and let it cool.

    Slice the salmon and marinate it in a bowl of soy sauce.

    Wash, deseed, and finely chop the avocado and cucumber.

    Using a fabric ring, prepare 4 rice sheets, one per plate.

    Add guacamole on top of the rice, followed by cucumber, salmon, avocado, and 3 peeled and cut shrimp.

    Use a bowl of the same size as your first sheets to create a rice bun and sprinkle with sesame seeds.

    Repeat the operation for each rice burger bun.
