    Cook the pumpkin in pieces in boiling water until it is tender.

    Preheat the oven to 200°C (Th. 6).

    Mix the pumpkin with the milk, eggs, and gruyère cheese.

    Prepare the crumble pastry: mix the butter and flour into a coarse sand texture, add the breadcrumbs and parmesan until you get a crumbly dough.

    Pour the pumpkin mixture into a greased baking dish that goes in the oven, cover with crumble pastry.

    Bake for about 30 minutes.
