Blanch the sugar snap peas under water then add them to a pan with a knob of butter over low heat. Heat the 20 cl of water in the microwave or on a stove for 2 min and dissolve the bouillon cube in it. Pour the broth into the pan with the sugar snap peas. Once the water has evaporated, add the chopped shallots, broccoli florets, and minced garlic then simmer for 5 minutes. Slice the tomatoes into rounds then quarter them, and add to the pan mixture seasoning with nutmeg, salt, and pepper.
