Preheat the oven to 180°C (Th.6) and bake the pre-baked pastry in a tart pan for 10 minutes.

Cut the vegetables into slices and sauté them in olive oil with salt, pepper, and rosemary then set aside.

Chop the garlic and onions and sauté them in the same skillet.

Break up the ricotta on the tart base.

Cover with the vegetables then the onion/garlic mixture.

In a bowl, whisk the eggs and milk together, add a pinch of nutmeg, salt, pepper, then add chopped basil.

Pour the mixture over the vegetables then bake for 30 minutes.
