Preheat the oven to th 7 (220°C).

Roll out the pastry and line a large tart tin.

Prick the base with a fork and bake blind for 15 minutes.

Drain the fruits in syrup carefully, reserving 6 tablespoons of fruit juice.

Break the chocolate into pieces and melt it with the 6 tablespoons of fruit syrup over a water bath (or microwave, about 2 minutes on maximum power depending on your oven).

Mix well.

In a bowl, beat the eggs with the cream cheese, then add the melted chocolate.

Place the drained fruits on the pre-baked pastry base and cover them with the chocolate cream.

Bake this tart for about 30 minutes in the oven at th 7 (220°C).
