    Translate the following text from French to English:   Prepare the crepe batter with sifted flour, eggs, salt, and milk in order to obtain a smooth and creamy batter.

      Cook very thin crepes on a frying pan.

      Put the following cream inside each of them: Mix sugar with egg yolks.

    Add flour to it and thicken everything with hot milk.

      Cook for a few seconds.

    Remove from heat.

    Let cool and flavor with rum.

      Roll up the crepes, fold the ends, and dip them in powdered chocolate.

      Place them in a buttered baking dish and bake for 5 minutes at 150°C.

      Pour over them with the chocolate sauce you prepared in a bain-marie, adding in the fresh butter and a bit of warm milk.
