Crab Pasta Gratin

Cook the eggs in boiling water for 10 minutes, peel them and cut them into pieces. Put the water in a large saucepan, bring to a boil, add the pasta, salt, and cook for 9 minutes, then drain them in a colander.

Prepare the béchamel sauce by melting the butter in a gentle heat saucepan, add the flour and stir with a wooden spoon, gradually add the milk while continuously stirring until you obtain a creamy sauce, add the nutmeg, salt, and pepper.

Add the shrimp, drained crab meat, hard-boiled eggs, heavy cream, and pasta to this sauce, mix well. Place the preparation in a gratin dish and sprinkle with shredded Parmesan cheese.

Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 20 minutes.
