      Mix the paprika and flour in a bowl, add the beef and stir to coat the meat.

      Cook the rice in boiling salted water for 13 minutes until cooked but still firm, drain it and keep warm.

      Meanwhile, melt the butter and two tablespoons of Oil in a large frying pan, sauté the finely chopped onion and mushrooms for about six minutes.

    Remove them from the pan and set aside.

    Add the rest of the oil to the pan, turn up the heat and add the beef, cooking until it is browned before lowering the heat.

    Add the cooked onions and mushrooms then the cream and simmer gently for one to two minutes.

      Season with salt and pepper, serve immediately with the cooked rice sprinkled with chopped parsley.
