Prepare a cup of tea and let it cool down.

Peel 5 whole oranges and cut them into slices.

Cut the figs into slices.

Squeeze the juice from the remaining 2 oranges and add it to the cooled tea along with the gelatin, star anise, and orange flower water.

Let it stand for 15 minutes then remove the gelatin leaves.

Place the orange and fig slices in individual glasses and pour the mixture over them.

Refrigerate for a few hours.
