    Mix the 5 egg yolks, one whole egg, and 2 tablespoons of sugar in a double boiler or in a glass bowl placed over a pot containing a little simmering water.

    Beat the mixture with a whisk or an electric beater until it takes on a light yellow color and a frothy consistency.

    Then gradually add the marsala, continuing to beat until it thickens.

    In individual glasses, put a tablespoon of strawberry jam and pour the sabayon over it.
