    Rinse the fruits and dry them before cutting them into pieces.

    Mix the fruits with the sugar and the seeds from the vanilla pod in a blender.

    Blend until you obtain a creamy and smooth mixture.

    Let it rest for 2/3 minutes, then gently stir. Distribute the cream over the fruit in small glasses.

    Place them in the freezer for half an hour.

    Then, insert a wooden stick into each glass, leaving only 2/3 cm sticking out.

    Place the glasses back in the freezer for 4 hours.

    To enjoy your fruit popsicles, prepare a large bowl of hot water. Quickly plunge the small glasses into the bowl (for about 2 seconds).

    Then turn the stick; the ice will easily detach from the glass.
