Thanksgiving Turkey Stuffing with Rice

Cut the peppers, carrots, and mushrooms into small pieces, then finely chop the shallot.

In a large skillet, fry your merguez cut into pieces (or crumbles) and your slices of bacon.

Start cooking the rice in a pot.

Once the meat is well cooked, drain off the fat into a sink, and add your butter to the skillet along with the onion, shallots, and garlic.

After 5 minutes of mixing, once the onion is nicely golden, add the carrots and celery, let it cook for 5 more minutes, then add the remaining ingredients including the cooked rice.

Stir until everything is well cooked, then it's time to stuff the turkey!
