Cook your pasta in water, then pour it into a mixing bowl with a drizzle of olive oil, and keep it refrigerated.

Grate the zucchini and let them drain in a colander after salting them.

Peel the tomatoes and cut them into small cubes, then sauté them for a few minutes in a pan until they release their water.

Mix the zucchini with mayonnaise and thyme.

Season the tomatoes with salt and pepper, and add a drizzle of olive oil.

Just before serving, mix your pasta with your preparation.
