Preheat the oven to 180°C. Cut the leeks into slices.

Melt the butter in a saucepan, add the leeks and let them soften on low heat, stirring frequently, for 20 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Butter and flour the mold, then line it with pastry.

Place the leek fondue at the bottom.

In a bowl, beat the eggs, cream, and milk to obtain a homogeneous cream.

Season with salt and pepper, pour into a mold.

Add the brie slices and bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
