    In a pan, sauté the chopped onions in butter and olive oil, add the sugar and wine then simmer on low heat for at least an hour

    Preheat your oven to 120°C, place a slice of bacon and a goat cheese slice on each phyllo sheet, then spoon some onion marmalade onto it, roll everything into a triangle shape

    Bake for 30 minutes, serve the tarts with a green salad.
