Debone and chop the chicken.

Season the meat with salt and pepper.

Cut the bacon into pieces.

Wash the mushrooms and cut them into quarters. Peel and chop the garlic.

Fry the mushrooms in a pan.

In a casserole, brown the onions and bacon in butter.
