    Beat the eggs in a bowl, add the milk then the flour and shredded gruyère, mix everything well.

    Sauté the mushrooms in a little butter, add them to the preparation, also add the ham cut into strips, season with salt and pepper.

    Pour the preparation into a baking dish, bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 25 minutes.

    Remove from the oven and serve with a green salad.
