Cook the pasta according to the time indicated on the package, preferring long-shaped pasta like tagliatelles for this recipe.

In a sauté pan, over low heat, melt the butter then add the mozzarella, gorgonzola and crumbled goat cheese cut into cubes.

Sprinkle with grated parmesan, oregano, and freshly grated nutmeg, season generously with pepper, and fold in the drained pasta.

Mix thoroughly.
