    Steam the cauliflower, or cook it in water or microwave it.

    Cook the chicken cut into small pieces in a non-stick pan (or with a little olive oil).

    Butter a gratin dish (or use a bit of olive oil according to your taste).

    Place the tomatoes cut into cubes and sprinkle with chives.

  5. 5

    Whisk the yogurt and pour it over the tomatoes.

  6. 6

    Sprinkle with paprika.

  7. 7

    Place the chicken on top and insert the cauliflower bunches.

  8. 8

    Sprinkle with parmesan and bake in the oven (preheated to thermostat 7/8, or 230°C) for 10 to 15 minutes.
