    Then add the melted butter and stir until you get a homogeneous mixture.

    Add the milk and 4 eggs to the preparation.

    As you go along, add the dried currants, candied fruits, chopped prunes, almonds, and cognac without stopping to mix.

    The dough should have a soft consistency.

    Add some milk if necessary.

    Bake the preparation in the oven for 1 hour at 180°C, then for two hours at 150°C.
