    Remove the cores from the endive.

    Cook the endive for 20 minutes in a pressure cooker.

    Roll them with the ham and place them in a gratin dish.

    Add the cornstarch and stir until the sauce thickens.

    Pour the sauce over the endive, sprinkle with gruyère and bake for 20 minutes at 180°C (th.6).
