    Dissolve the yeast in warm water.

    Sift the flour and mix it with the sugar and salt.

    Add the egg, soft butter, and yeast.

    Leave the dough in the bowl, covered with a damp cloth, for 1 hour.

    Flatten the dough without kneading and roll it out using a rolling pin.

    Place in a pan and let it rest for another 20 minutes.

    Meanwhile, prepare the filling: mix together the cream and egg.

    Cut the butter into very small pieces (almonds).

    Mix the sugars together.

    Sprinkle half of the sugar over the tart.

    Spread with the cream.

    Dot with almond-shaped butter pieces and add the remaining sugar.

    Bake at 180°C for 20 minutes.
