Endive and Bacon Quiche
A great quiche recipe that delights the whole family!

4 minutes over medium heat.

Let them soften a bit without letting them lose too much water.

Drain them in the sieve.

Fry the chopped bacon, without any fat, just to crisp it up.

With the dough on its parchment paper, line a 24 cm tart mold.

Cover with aluminum foil, prick the dough through the paper and cover with dried vegetables.

Place in the refrigerator for 10 minutes.

Bake for 10 minutes. Remove vegetables and parchment and return it to the oven for another minute.

25 minutes before serving : mix endives and bacon on the tart base.

Beat the eggs, then add in order: milk, porto, salt, pepper, lemon juice.

Pour immediately over the endives, sprinkle with parmesan and bake for 20 minutes.
