Cut the pork into small pieces.

Dip the pieces in the egg white, then coat them with potato starch.

Heat some oil in a pan and fry the pork pieces until golden brown.

Once well cooked, set them aside.

Chop the onions, and cut the peppers into small pieces.

Cook on low heat.

When the peppers are well cooked, add the tomato puree mixed with vinegar and whisky, along with the chunked pineapple.

Drain.

Season with salt and pepper, then add the spices.

Let it simmer for 5 minutes, then add the pork.
