Gratinated Spinach Pasta with Goat Cheese
Indulge in this original spinach and goat cheese pasta gratin!

Wash the spinach and place them in a pot of hot water, cover and cook for 3 minutes.

Drain and chop.

Cook the pasta in another pot of boiling, salted water.

Chop an onion and sauté it in a pan with a little fat.

When it is golden and tender, add the spinach and grate some nutmeg over them.

Mix together the cream, goat cheese, and garlic.

Season with salt and pepper.

In a gratin dish, lay out the pasta then the spinach and finish with the goat cheese cream.

Bake in the oven at 180°C (Th.6) for 10 to 15 minutes.
