Potato and Mushroom Gratin

Prepare the béchamel sauce by melting the butter in a saucepan over low heat, then add the flour and stir with a wooden spoon.

Gradually add the milk while stirring constantly until you get a creamy sauce.

Add the nutmeg, salt, pepper, add the eggs one at a time, and mix well.

Peel and wash the potatoes.

Cut them into thin slices.

Peel the mushrooms and cut them into slices.

Heat the oil in a pan, sauté the mushrooms for 12 minutes.
