    The day before, marinate the leg in the marinade prepared with the indicated ingredients.

    The following day, drain and dry the leg.

    Roll it in dried herbs and bake in a hot oven at 240°C (Th.8) for 15 minutes, then lower to 180°C (Th.6) and continue cooking for an additional 20 to 30 minutes, basting with the cooking juice and filtered marinade.

    Meanwhile, cook the spinach in branches and sauté the potatoes, directly cooked in butter and seasoned.

    Deglaze the sauce with the remaining marinade and serve in the serving dish with the leg, surrounded by your vegetables and potatoes.
