    Open your blender and add the sour cream, whisky, condensed milk, coffee, chocolate, vanilla, and almond. Close and start the appliance at maximum power for 30 seconds. Check the consistency (and add liquid cream if necessary by restarting the blender for 20 seconds), then pour into an airtight bottle. Place in the fridge and mix before serving as a dessert, digestive, or with a cake.
