Mash the fresh Cream Cheese squares with a fork and then add salt, pepper, and chives.

Whip the heavy cream into whipped cream, then gently fold in the fresh Cream Cheese mixture to achieve a smooth blend.

Take a blini, fill it with the previous mixture, place a piece of smoked salmon on top, followed by some lumps of caviar.

Fill the others, then arrange them in a serving dish garnished with elegantly cut lemon slices.

Served as an appetizer, or as a main course with a walnut oil salad, or as an aperitif snack.
