    Rinse the fish roughly and dry it with paper towels.

    Stuff it with garlic cloves and lemongrass.

    In a bowl, mix the olive oil, lemon juice, and add 2 pinches of salt.

    Set aside.

    Mix the coriander and pepper seeds and cover the fish with the mixture. Cook the fish on the barbecue for about 25 minutes, turning it three or four times and basting it regularly with the olive oil and lemon juice mix.

    Meanwhile, prepare the kiwi yogurt sauce.

    Blend the kiwis, mint, coriander, yogurt, and salt.

    Pour the mixture into a bowl.

    Decorate with kiwi pieces.

    Check if the fish is cooked (the flesh should be white).
