Remove the mint and reserve the syrup.

Sift the cornstarch into the mint syrup and mix well.

Add the condensed milk and cream.

Add food coloring to achieve the desired color.

Once well mixed, add chunks of dark chocolate.

Place in an ice cream maker and refrigerate for at least 3 hours.

Tip: If you don't have an ice cream maker, whip the cream into whipped cream and gently fold it into the preparation.

Refrigerate for at least 6 hours. One can also use artificial mint syrup.
