    Translate the following text from French to English:   Work the flour and butter quickly in pieces.

    Add the salt and enough water to form a dough that can be rolled into a ball.

    Roll out the dough and pre-bake the pastry base for 10 minutes by covering it with aluminum foil and dried beans.

      Then, clean the molds and open them over high heat.

    De-shell them, reserve, and strain the cooking juice.

    Beat the eggs with the cream and shredded cheese, add 6 tablespoons of the mussel cooking juice and the mussels.

      Cut the lard into strips and fry it in a non-stick pan.

    Add the lardons to the previous mixture and season with salt.

      Pour everything over the pastry base that has been freed from the paper and bake in a hot oven (280°C) for 45 minutes.
