Melt the butter in a large pan, add the finely chopped onion, garlic, and thyme, season with salt and pepper to taste and cook for five minutes.

Drain the spinach leaves, place them in the pan, and cook while stirring for two to three minutes until they are well cooked.

Beat together the cream and parmesan in a bowl, add a pinch of salt and pepper.
