    Prepare the dough: mix with your fingertips, flour, salt, and cut-up butter.

    When the mixture is sandy, add the egg and mix.

    Pour 1 to 2 tablespoons of water.

    Work the dough with the palm of your hand.

    Roll out the dough and line a buttered mold.

    Poke the bottom with a fork.

    Preheat your oven to thermostat 7 (210°C).

    Peel the onions and cut them into thin slices.

    In a pan, melt 20 gr of butter.

    Put the onions to brown, then lower the heat and let them slowly soften.

    Remove and let cool.

    Cut the smoked bacon into lardons.

    Fry them for a few moments in the same pan.

    Mix the cream with the egg, salt, and pepper.

    Add the lardons and onions.
