wash the rhubarb and cut it into pieces.

Blanch them for 5 minutes in boiling water.

Arrange them on the pre-baked pastry base and discard the foil and beans.

Sprinkle the rhubarb with sugar, meanwhile beat the whole eggs with flour and cream, pour this mixture over the tart and bake for 30 minutes at a hot oven: 210°C.
